Virtual Care & Patient Location Policy

Yerli Primary Care PLLC is a New York-based adult primary care practice operated by one provider, Dr. Behiye Almila Yerli, a licensed internal medicine physician in New York State.

All patient care is personally provided by Dr. Yerli. The practice does not connect patients with multiple physicians, third-party providers, contractors, or out-of-state clinicians.

Before any virtual consultation, the patient's location is confirmed. Virtual care is provided only when the patient is physically located in New York State, where Dr. Yerli is licensed to practice medicine. If a patient is outside New York State at the time of the requested virtual visit, the visit will not proceed and the patient will be advised to schedule care when physically located in New York or seek care from a licensed clinician in their current state.

Virtual consultations are used only when clinically appropriate, with in-person care as the primary foundation of the practice model.

The practice does not dispense medications, sell medications online, operate as a pharmacy, or partner with any pharmacy for medication sales or fulfillment.
